Louisiana ranks among the nation's worst states for obesity, chronic disease, and healthcare access.
When a competitive Republican Senate primary opened up in 2026, Rep. Julia Letlow emerged as the Trump-endorsed challenger.
We partnered with MAHA PAC to produce an ad campaign and defined Julia Letlow’s candidacy, underscoring her deep alignment to the Make America Healthy Again movement.
Challenge
The challenge laid in introducing a congresswoman to a statewide audience as a credible Senate candidate. We needed to connect her platform to issues Louisiana voters feel daily, and establish the MAHA brand as a political asset, all within a tight launch window and short 30-second spots.
Approach
In collaboration with MAHA PAC, we developed and launched two spots: one attacking the cost-of-living record of career politicians, the other building emotional urgency around America's health crisis.
Taking a Stand
A health-forward spot that puts America's food crisis front and center, building urgency around the MAHA agenda and introducing Julia Letlow as a leader ready to challenge the status quo in food and pharmaceutical policy.

A contrast spot that draws a line between Louisiana’s career politicians and the everyday costs local families face, positioning Julia Letlow as the Trump-endorsed candidate fighting for price transparency and lower prescription drug costs.
